  • We don't charge any taxes on any country, but duties assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer. In most cases, it rarely occurs duties.

What is the item processing time?

After the receiving of your order, we conduct Quality Control checks and testing in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment. The processing time varies depending on the specific product with the average processing time of approximately 3-7 business days; However, it can also be affected by the item's stock status. If your order includes hot items experiencing stock availability issues, the order can take between 5-10 business days to process.

 

Shipping Status

You will receive an email informing you that the order has shipped. The email will include a tracking number. Information about any back-ordered or canceled items will be included in a separate email. You can also check the status of your order by logging into My Account. Click on "Order History" to review the order status and to obtain a tracking number.

All orders are applicable for refunds within the first 30 days. We will not be able to offer a refund or exchange for any orders that exceed the 30 day refund period.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition as when you received it, along with its original packaging.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

No restocking fee is to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
